This application manages the Station’s meeting rooms and schedules appointments so that different people don’t schedule meetings in the same meeting room at the same time.

The users can view the upcoming meetings and schedule their own meeting in the available meeting rooms.
Once the meeting is scheduled participants will receive an email to notify them to the meeting, as well as an iCal file with the meeting information to add to their agenda.
